1. Raffle Organizer

The Disney Gift Card Raffle is organized by the Hamilton PBA Local 66 Civic Association, a recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Net proceeds support the Association's charitable and community initiatives.

2. Ticket Information

• Ticket Price: $20 each

• Maximum Tickets Available: 1,000

• Each issued ticket will have a unique identification number.

• Only valid, fully paid, and properly issued tickets will be eligible for the drawing.

3. Prizes

Three winners will be selected to receive Disney Gift Cards:

• Grand Prize: Disney Gift Cards valued at $5,000

• Second Prize: Disney Gift Cards valued at $3,000

• Third Prize: Disney Gift Cards valued at $2,000

Total Retail Prize Value: $10,000

Prizes are awarded as Disney Gift Cards only. No cash alternative or prize substitution will be offered.

Gift cards are subject to their issuer's applicable terms and conditions.

4. Drawing Information

Date: Thursday, March 18, 2027
Time: 8:00 PM
Location: Hamilton PBA Hall, Hamilton Township, New Jersey

Winning tickets will be selected by random drawing in accordance with applicable New Jersey raffle regulations.

Winners do not need to be present at the drawing.

5. Winner Notification

Winners will be contacted using the information provided during ticket registration.

Winning ticket numbers may be published on the Hamilton PBA Local 66 website following the drawing.

6. Eligibility

Participation is subject to applicable New Jersey gaming laws, eligibility requirements, and the terms of the approved municipal raffle license.

7. Taxes

Winners are responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes associated with their prizes.

Any required tax reporting or withholding will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

Raffle ticket purchases are generally not tax-deductible charitable contributions.

8. Use of Proceeds

Net proceeds benefit the charitable and community initiatives of the Hamilton PBA Local 66 Civic Association, including support for local families, community organizations, and authorized charitable programs.

9. Changes or Cancellation

Any changes to the drawing date, location, or other material raffle conditions will be made only as permitted by applicable New Jersey regulations and licensing requirements.
